Jacques Desbiens is a researcher, artist, and art historian working with 3D imaging and the representation of space and time for over 30 years. He participated in the development of a computer generated holographic system used today and received the Nick Philips Award from the International Symposium on Display Holography (Shenzhen, China, 2009). His holographic works have been exhibited in many countries and are recognized as milestones in the conceptual development of Computer Generated Holography.
